Below is a list of the standard domain actions

Build Holding (Standard, Contest)
Create a 0 Holding in target borough
Cost: 1 GB
Check: Influence vs DC
DC: 10 + half domain level
Succes: You gain a 0 Holding in the target borough.

Cast Realm Ritual (Standard)
Prerequisits: Domain Magic Feat
Cast a Realm Ritual spell
Cost: 1 GB per level the spell
Check: Mystic vs DC
DC: Varies, dependent on ritual
Succes: You succesfully cast the Realm Ritual

Charm Holding (Standard, Contest)
Contest target holding in a borough or natural province in which you have holding(s).
Cost: 1 GB
Check: Mystic vs Loyalty
Hit: target loses 2d6 + Mystic modifier holdings (or until destroyed). You gain this much holdings.
Realm action: For each plus of base reputation of the court, an additional holding held by the same opposing regent can be targeted. Success rolls and costs (including RP bidding) are calculated separately for each target.

Claim Holding (Standard, Contest)
Contest target holding in a borough in which you have holding(s)
Cost: 1 GB
Check: Influence vs Government
Hit: target loses 4d6 + Influence modifier holdings (or until destroyed). You gain half of the holdings lost (round up), the remainder reverts to free.
Realm action: For each plus of base reputation of the court, an additional holding held by the same opposing regent can be targeted. Success rolls and costs (including RP bidding) are calculated separately for each target.

Conjure Holding (Standard, Contest)
Create a 0 Holding in target borough or natural province.
Cost: 1 GB
Check: Mystic vs DC
DC: 10 + half domain level
Succes: You gain a 0 Holding in the target borough or natural province.

Diplomacy (Standard)
Do acts of diplomacy
Cost: 1 GB
Check: Statecraft vs DC
DC: Varies
Succes: Do acts of diplomacy

Espionage (Standard, Contest)
Perform acts of Espionage
Cost: 1 GB
Check: Influence or Mystic vs DC
DC: highest opposing Government plus bonus, see Espionage table
Succes: Perform various acts of espionage as per listed in table
Special: Contest for this action is done through silent GB bidding. The DC is modified by the task attempted, as noted in the Espionage table

Expand Holding (Standard, Contest)
Raise the level of your holding in a borough or natural province in which you have holding(s)
Cost: 1 GB
Check: Mystic vs DC
DC: 10 + 1 per 10 holdings owned in the borough (round down).
Succes: You raise your holdings by 2d4 + Mystic modifier, up to a maximum of the number of free holdings in the borough.
Realm action: For each plus of base reputation of the court, an additional holding held by you can be targeted. Success rolls and costs (including RP bidding) are calculated separately for each target.

Move Troops (Standard)
Move any number of active troops
Check: none
Move any number of active troops

Rule Holding (Standard, Contest)
Raise the level of your holding in a borough you have holding(s).
Cost: 1 GB
Check: Influence vs DC
DC: 10 + 1 per 10 holdings owned in the borough (round down)
Succes: You raise your holdings by 2d6 + Influence modifier, up to a maximum of the number of free holdings in the borough.
Realm action: For each plus of base reputation of the court, an additional holding held by you can be targeted. Success rolls and costs (including RP bidding) are calculated separately for each target.

Sway the populace (Standard, Contest)
Influence the populace by affecting domain morale against another ruler or in your own domain
Check: Influence or Mystic vs DC
Cost: special
DC: special
Against another ruler: target’s Government + target’s domain attitude level -3
Cost: 1 GB
Success: give a -2 penalty or +2 bonus on the next domain attitude roll

Against your own domain: make a domain attitude check
Cost: very indifferent (5) or less: 0 GB, else 1 GB
Success: gain a +3 bonus to your next domain attitude roll at the start of a season.
